This error is "Read Buffer Full."

The read buffer in the application is filling from messages being sent by the ACR card while running the application.

The Read Buffer should be monitored and emptied in the application to correct this error.

This message will also be encountered when the Acroloop driver is active, but no Acroloop card is installed in the system.

System event log messages can be made more descriptive.
