This bit occurs when a “mismatch” has been detected between a Gemini drive and the motor configured to be used with it. As an example, when the requirements for a motor far exceed the particular Gemini drive’s ability to fulfill those requirements (say, a GV-U3 with a M1053K motor), this bit will activate with a TCS 400 -- or similar -- warning code. A TCS code indicates a configuration parameter that has been flagged due to a non-ideal value or motor/drive combination. However, this is only a warning bit, and will not interfere with motor operation.

REMEDY:

Use the TCS command to determine the specific cause of the warning, then correct or modify the appropriate parameter(s) as necessary.
