There are RJ45 connectors on the bottom of the ViX drive (x6 and x7 connectors). This allows the user to daisy-chain multiple ViX drives for multi-axis applications, much easier than making daisy-chained screw terminal connections.

The user guides list the following cables:
VIX-RJ45-0025
VIX-RJ45-0050
VIX-RJ45-0075
VIX-RJ45-0100
VIX-RJ45-0200

This cable is a standard CAT5 cable, type 568B. This 568B type is the same pinout as the above cables. The above cables are not available from Parker Electromechanical North America but may be obtained from your local computer or electronics store.

Note - this is a 'straight through' type of cable rather than a 'cross-over' style.  The Vix ports X6 and X7 take care of the RS232 cross-over in their pin-outs.
