The Omega 44004 thermistor is an available option on all Trilogy I-Force linear servo motors.  The general specifications and resistance versus temperature characteristics can be found in the wiring option diagrams in the Trilogy catalog.  Below is an example of a wiring option with the Omega 44004 thermistor.

The Omega 44004 is an NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) thermistor as opposed to a PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) thermistor.  An NTC thermistor's resistance decreases as temperature increases.  Some advantages of a thermistor over the standard thermostat is speed of response to temparature changes, accuracy and repeatability.
