If a TQ10 is exhibiting error conditions that cannot be resolved from the troubleshooting table in the user guide try the following test.
To verify that a TQ10 drive is functioning, remove all the devices connected to it including the motor. Then install three jumpers:
Enable IN to Enable GND
HALL GND to HALL1
MOTOR TEMP+ to MOTOR TEMP -
Reapply power.
The drive should power-up with no errors. Any error present at this time indicates that there is insufficient voltage or the drive needs to be returned for repair.
