When replacing an older 8010 with a brand new 8010, users will often encounter an issue where the 8010 will hang in the boot up process. This is indicated by all of the red LED's on the back of the card staying red.

This is a result of users who copy the configuration of the jumpers of their old board (pre 1.18.12) when setting up their new board (1.18.12 and after). For 8010 cards of O.S. revision 1.18.12 or greater, jumper 22 (located above JP-1) should be in the 2-3 position (middle and right pin), rather than the 1-2 position (left and middle pin).
