By default in the Parker Automation Manager software, the projects have Auto Addressing turned on default. This then ignores the slave address settings (which may be set based on dipswitches like the Compax3 or rotary dial switches on the P series).
With Auto Addressing, the EtherCAT master (PAC) will scan the network and assign addresses to each slave unit in the order connected. Thus the order of connection on the network is important and must match the project configuration.
To deactivate Auto Addressing, under EtherCAT_Master uncheck the Autoconfig Master/Slaves:
