Input Debounce Times for 6000 Series Products

In firmware revision 4.7, the valid data range for the INDEB command has been modified. For programmable inputs, the range remains the same. However, for the trigger inputs, the minimum value is now 8 milliseconds. This is applicable to all 6000 Series products.
