Does The Aries-CE (Controller Version) Offer an Analog Output?

No. 

The Aries Controller does not offer any analog outputs (nor analog inputs).  If the application requires a drive/controller with an analog input, the Compax3 family of products (for AC input) or the VIX family (for lower voltage DC input) are better considerations. The Compax3 also has analog outputs.
