Compax3 Hardware - ENDAT 2.2 Compatible

As of release 9-40 firmware and C3 ServoManager version, the Compax3 with the F12 encoder feedback option supports EnDat 2.2 (digital, no commutation tracks).

Note - The Compax3 does not support the motor temperature information via the digital data however. (updated 5/9/19)

Parker motors currently do not have this feedback as an option as standard but are available as custom.
