HMI - Parker Discontinuation and Paths Forward

Parker has discontinued the sales, manufacture, and support of all Industrial HMI products and accessories. A last time buy was announced in February 2025 and concluded on July 31, 2025.

As of August 1st, 2025 all articles in the sidebar under the “Visualization and Human Machine Interface (HMI)” category are considered legacy and no longer being maintained.

Products purchased within that last time buy period received a warranty lasting one (1) year. Parker offers support for HMI units within their warranty periods. Post-sale support will not be available for units outside of warranty.

Interact and InteractX

Parker’s Electronic Motion & Controls Division (EMC) has authorized HardboxUSA Corporation as the North American supplier for the sales and support of the following products beginning August 1, 2025:

• Interact Machine Shop Software MSP-7NA0-P 

• InteractX Runtime Software INTX-7141

• InteractX Development Software INTX-7041

Hardbox is offering a new line of hardware bundled with InteractX and Interact7 software. These HMI packages are a convenient transition path for IXA and PA2 hardware and include improvements in CPU speed and more optional configurations. Drop-in cutout size replacements are available for IXA10, IXA15 and PA210T along with 12”, 19”, 21”, & 24” bundled InteractX units for new projects. 

InteractXpress

InteractXpress was much more ‘simple’ visualization software that ended with the XT line of hardware.
An ‘express' variant of the above software packages, it was a General User Interface that was capable of tag passing, data entry, basic logic, and other neat visualization tricks. Its replacements can be evaluated by Automation Technology Centers in your area.
