6K Accessories - Do I Have a SIM8-OUT-SSR OR SIM8-OUT-HCR?

If you purchased a SIM8-OUT-HCR, but the SIM8 you received has SSR on the front or PN/SIM8-OUT-SSR on the back, then we need to verify the PCA number on the back of the SIM8 to ensure you have the proper device.

The SSR and the HCR card use the same PCB (printed circuit board), but have different solid state relays on the board to either handle the higher voltage (SSR) or higher current (HCR).

Therefore, to determine which board you truly have, please look at back side (side with orange serial tag)and find the PCA number on the silkscreen (white writing) on the board.

The SSR has PCA number 71-017767-02.

The HCR has PCA number 71-017767-12.
