6K Software - TASF BITS 24 & 25 -- Target Zone
Bit 24 activates when the axis is in Target Zone (defined with STRGTD & STRGTV). STRGTD sets the target distance zone. This is the range of positions around the desired endpoint that the load must be within before motion is considered complete. STRGTV sets the target velocity zone. This is a velocity range that the load must be within before motion is considered complete.
Bit 24 refers to servo axes only. This bit is set only after the successful completion of a move (if STRGTD and STRGTV criteria have been satisfied). This bit is usable even if the Target Zone mode is not enabled (STRGTE0).
Bit 25 activates when axis does not reach target zone within specified amount of time. Target Zone Timeout occurred (STRGTT). This bit is for servo axes only.
REMEDIES
Check STRGTD and STRGTV. The value set may be too tight for your application.
Command a specific distance. Confirm distance traveled with encoder/resolver signal.
Determine if mechanical binding prevents full range of motion.
Tighten tuning parameters to improve response of system.
