At the time it was written, we used VBScript 3.0. You can download the latest versions anytime you want from the Microsoft Developer Network web page at

There is a link to this page under the Help menu in Panel.
The associated file that actually gets updated is called "vbscript.dll" and can be found in your c:\Windows\System directory. MP Panel uses the script exactly as it is - we have neither added nor deleted anything.
