6K Troubleshooting - No Remote Panel Error or Power-Up SEQUENCE FAILURE

This error occurs when there is a problem programming the CISA boards in the 6K. This can be caused by a number of grounding issues. The EMC installation guide gives some grounding suggestions. Otherwise you will need to send the unit in to check an internal issue with the CISA board.
