Trilogy High Flex Cable Specifications

THF series high flex cables have been improved.

The cables meet UL requirements and have a uR mark.
Green/yellow safety earth ground wire wire added in accordance with EN60204.
Outer diameter increases on all cables.
All motor phase wires now have a yellow stripe. One motor power wire color changes and some wire gaurges changed.

The Iforce motors use different cables for the different WD wiring option for the coil. The "THFxx" name in the tables below is the identification numbers for the cables; this number is also printed on the jacket of each cable:

Example: Coil part number is 210-3A-NC-WD2S-8

These improvements were announced on Technical Change bulletin 452 (May 2008) and also as the IForce motors changed (TC 456, 458, 463, 469, 501, 506, 523, 526). Cable improvements changed at these times:
