Motion Planner Minimum Requirements (Not Compatible with WIN10 or Later)

The read-me file in Motion Planner states that it requires a Pentium processor with a speed of 166 MHz. This is what is recommended, but a 486 does work...very, very slowly. It just has to be a 32-bit operating system, with a CD-ROM drive.
