6000 Servo Products I/O Updates

There are several inputs on the 6000 servo products which are updated once every 5 system update rates. (The system update rate is set with the SSFR command) These inputs include drive fault inputs, joystick analog inputs, user status related activities, RP240 display update, and motion parameters for joystick mode. Each of these 5 inputs are alternately updated at each system update rate.
