The Panels in Motion Planner use a VBScript that is readily available in many applcations and books. Microsoft's Internet Explorer 4.0 or later provides VBScript for Motion Planner and is required for Motion Planner's Panels to work.
If Internet Explorer is installed after Motion Planner, then Motion Planner needs to be reinstalled.
