When an ACRCOMM board is removed from an ACR2000, the battery enable jumpers on the motherboard MUST be disabled. If these are left enabled without the ACRCOMM board, the ACR2000 card will not operate and will cause the green LED to blink on then off. Or it will blink on and off continuously.
