The P13 PowerStation has been designed as a replacement unit for P1/P1H/MotionPanel and even P1P PowerStations.

The P13 offers 100% software compatibility, allowing you or your customer to simply update your existing Interact application to version 7.0 and then download into the P13. These units also offer a TFT display, one RS-232 com port and one RS-232/422/485 com port, 10/100 Base-T Ethernet and USB ports for keyboard and mouse.

It is important to note that the P13 does not offer PC/104 expansion or a parallel port, so it is advisable to ensure that your application does not require this functionality prior to specifying the P13 PowerStation. Finally, The P13 PowerStation requires the use of Interact Version 7.0

If changes to the application are needed we recommend purchasing Interact 7.0 development software (MSP-7NA0-P) which is also available in an upgrade version (IUP-6070-6).

Please note that you cannot use the CompactFlash (CF) card from the Motion Panel in the P13. It does not contain the necessary drivers to support the new video chipsest and touchscreen. It will be necessary to use the CF card that is shipped with the P13.

***Do not use the flashback utilities on the MotionPanel download page. These are for the MotionPanel and P11 hardware (PMP-x14-DM, P11-x14-DR) and will not work with the P13 units.
