Incomplete Servo Tuner Capture

When using Servo Tuner with a serial product, it is possible to lose acquired data if the serial cable is not properly shielded or routed.
Typically, the user might say, "I just hit the Start button in Servo Tuner and a meter dialog appeared showing the percentage of data that it has collected. Then the meter gets stuck at 99%, never completing the data acquisition. What is the problem?"
One application which experienced this problem was solved after moving the unshielded serial communication cable away from an APEX40 motor cable. It was then possible to complete the Servo Tuner data acquisition.
