Unable to Change IP Address via DSElite Install

Currently the AC15/AC20 are not able to have their IP address changed via a DSELite download, even after changing the tag parameter "Address Method"  (P0640) to FIXED. 

Changing the tag parameter "Set IP Address" (P0641) in the Ethernet function block and then doing an Install (download) will not change the IP address.  

You can change the IP address via the keypad. 

First you change the tag parameter "Address Method"  (P0640) to FIXED (value of 0 if using the built-in keypad).

Then you change the tag parameter "Set IP Address" (P0641) to your desired IP address. 

Note - once in edit mode for the parameter "Set IP Address" (P0641), use the 'M' key to navigate through the IP address digits (right to left).
