No Communication with the BDHX?

Some customers may experience a problem trying to communicate with the BDHX with RS232 when they have no motor or feedback connected. The BDHX requires the motor and feedback cable to be connected to establish communication and receive responses from the BDHX. Without these connections, echo will be received in X-ware terminal, but the controller will not respond.
