LV/HV Motors - IP Rating on Stepper Motors?

HV/LV motors can have an IP65 rating.
The HV/LV stepper motor lines can be ordered with an IP rating. These motors must be ordered as a custom. The highest IP rating that can be achieved is IP65. The IP rating can only be added to the NEMA 17, 23 or 34 frames. The IP65 rating is only available on single shaft w/ 10' cabled versions. Other frame sizes and options are not available with an IP rating.
SY series motors are also available with an IP68 rating as a custom for applications requiring step motors for submersion to 1 bar pressure. These typically will be a longer leadtime than the custom HV/LV motors:
