Parker Tap Adapter for EoE Communications

Parker includes the Tap Adapter with the installation of Parker Automation Manager. This adapter allows Ethernet over EtherCAT (EoE) communications. Any devices on the EtherCAT network that would typically require a separate Ethernet connection, such as servo drives, can now be programmed through the Parker Automation Manager software. This example attached below shows how to setup the Tap adapter for use. It also shows common installation troubleshooting and re-installation of the tap adapter if there is a problem.
