Installing / Turning Off the Deployment Server

Initial Install:

If you install InteractX Development, you will also need to install the Deployment Server manually.

  1. Open File Explorer and go to C:\Program Files (x86)\InteractX\Deployment

  2. In that directory find InteractXDeployment.msi.

  3. Run that file, and it will create a folder C:\Program Files (x86)\InteractX\Deployment Server

  4. Within that folder run DeploymentSvr.exe once.

  5. By default the deployment server from this point forward will automatically start when Windows boots up.

Turning Off the Deployment Server:

To turn off the Deployment Server from running on Windows startup:

  1. Goto the Windows Search and enter Startup Apps

  2. You should find in your list the Deployment Server icon followed by _2C082F4361CD05740A7B68.exe with the On/Off toggle.

  3. Toggle it Off and it will no longer start the Deployment Server.
