Symptom:

Remedy:

Prior to updating a controller's operating system, it is recommended that all configurations, variables and programs be cleared using the FLASH RES command.


With OS 1.13 or greater, you MUST also issue the FLASH ERASE command prior to loading an older revision of the operating system. In this case first issues FLASH RES which will reboot the controller. Then FLASH ERASE immediately prior to firmware download.
