My Aries Controller Boots Directly to a Red LED

When the Aries controller is first powered up, the Drive/ Controller status LEDs, located at the top right of the product, should go through a sequence of flashes.

First the left LED should be off with the right LED illuminated REd for 8 seconds. During this time, ehternet is booting up. 

Second, the left LEd will be illuminated YELLOW  with the right LED off for four seconds. During this time the motor control is bening booted.

After this the right LED may turn GREEN based on how the controller is programmed,

If your controller does not go this sequence and the right LED goes directly to a REd status then the unit could not boot up properly and will not copmmunicate. It will need to be sent back for repair on an RMA.
