ViX Motor Files for Non-Preferred BE Windings

ViX Motor Files for Non-Preferred BE Windings

If a ViX customer plans to use a non "recommended" BE16, 23 or 34 frame motor, it is not always required to manually create a "Custom Motor" file.

Additional setup files for BE motors with various winding types are available in the ViX's EASI-V development software.

To access additional pre-configured Compumotor motor setup files, perform the following steps:

  1. In EASI-V software, enter the "Utilities" pull-down menu and select Options.

  2. Select the Country tab, then select "United Kingdom".

  3. Re-enter the "Utilities" pull-down menu and select either Servo Setup or Guided Servo Setup. You will have access to additional BE motors with various winding options.
