Error 17000 When Attempting to Communicate to ACR

This is caused by an incorrect version of the ComACRsrvr.DLL file being used with the executable program.

This is commonly seen when using a Visual C++, Visual Basic, or .NET application that was compiled using an older (or possibly) newer version of the ComACRsrvr.DLL file.

To resolve the error, compile the project using the required version of the DLL.
