The PPU of an axis is Stored in a Axis Parameters (P12288-P14199), i.e. Axis0 has its PPU setting store in P12375.

 

You also can check the PPU by using the following immediate mode command from the ACR card prompt.

When Axis 0 is attached to program 0 as axis "X" you could use "PPU X" when at the Prog0 prompt, else use "AXIS0 PPU" from any other prompt.
