Gearhead Replacements - Replacement for GTN90

The Daedal GTN90 precision gearheads are obsolete and no longer available. For replacements, the Stealth Gen II PS90 servo class gearbox is a very close replacement.

GTN Ratios were 3, 4, 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 64, 100.
PS standard ratios are 3, 4, 5, 7, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 70, 100.
PS with 8:1, 12:1, 16:1, 32:1, and 64:1 ratios are available as custom.

Dimensional comparison presumes a standard GTN S7 output shaft option.
Custom PS90 gearboxes with lower backlash for high-accuracy applications are available.
Custom PS90 gearboxes with shorter output shaft lengths for drop-in replacement are available.

Note that the Stealth gearheads and mounting kits are purchased as separate items:

PS90-010-L2.....Inline PS90 Stealth Gen II gearhead, 10:1 ratio low backlash
MU90-005.........Mounting kit

The MU90-005 is the mounting kit for the BE34 motor. When ordered together in the same order as consecutive line items, the mounting kit will be attached to the gearhead, and the bushing inserted inside the pinion.
