Gearhead Replacements - Replacement for GTN190

The Daedal GTN190 precision gearheads are obsolete and no longer available. For replacements, the Stealth PS180 servo class gearbox is a very close replacement.

GTN Ratios were 3, 4, 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 64, 100.
PS standard ratios are 3, 4, 5, 7, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 70, 100.
PS with 8:1, 12:1, 16:1, 32:1, and 64:1 ratios are available as custom.

Dimensional comparison presumes a standard GTN S7 output shaft option.
Custom PS180 gearboxes with lower backlash for high-accuracy applications are available.
Custom PS180 gearboxes with shorter output shaft lengths for drop-in replacement are available.

Note that the Stealth gearheads and mounting kits are purchased as separate items:

PS180-010-LH.....Inline PS180 Stealth gearhead, 10:1 ratio low backlash, Horizontal orientation*
MT180-050.........Mounting kit

The MT180-050 is the mounting kit for the MPP180 motor. When ordered together in the same order as consecutive line items, the mounting kit will be attached to the gearhead. For Stealth Gen I gearheads, orientation is designated in the part number which affects the oil fill. H is horizontal, U is gearhead pointing up and D is gearhead pointing down.
