Gearhead Replacements - Replacement for GTR115

The Daedal GTR115 precision gearheads are obsolete and no longer available. For replacements, the Stealth Gen II RS115 servo class gearbox is a very close replacement.

GTR Ratios were 4, 5, 8, 10, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 64, 100.
RS standard ratios are 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 100.
RS with 8:1 and 64:1 ratios are available as custom. Other ratios can be investigated as custom.

Dimensional comparison presumes a standard GTR S7 output shaft option.
Custom RS115 gearboxes with lower backlash for high-accuracy applications are available.
Custom RS115 gearboxes with shorter output shaft lengths for drop-in replacement are available.

Note that the Stealth gearheads and mounting kits are purchased as separate items:

RS115-010-L2.....Inline PS115 Stealth Gen II gearhead, 10:1 ratio low backlash
MU115-010.........Mounting kit

The MU115-010 is the mounting kit for the MPP115 motor. When ordered together in the same order as consecutive line items, the mounting kit will be attached to the gearhead, and the bushing inserted inside the pinion.
