How to Turn Off Remote Access Timeout with Xpress
By default the timeout is enabled for security reasons.
For using Remote Access to Xpress, disable this in the Security section of the PAC Xpress HMI shell.
Default ip address is 192.168.10.50:81 for the PAC320 config tool where Xpress HMI Setttings tab allows to launch Interact Xpress Shell:
Go to Security Options:
Uncheck the Timeout for Remote Users:
When this times out, the error is:
Unable to obtain session information
