Error: Create BootProject Failed

Create bootproject failed after compiling and trying to go online with a PAC can occur when the SD flash memory card is not loaded into the PAC. The SD card is loaded with a spring clip so if it's in but not fully inserted, press gently to the spring and release; an audible click will indicate it's captured.
