PAC Configuration Tool Load Error 300

If Loading the PAC Configuration Tool(PCT) and you see a 300 displayed or the below Message, likely you have disabled a required ADD ON. Leaving the error message in place, Click on Tools a Manage Add-ons, Scroll down to MicroSoft Corporation.
