Where to Find Default Configurations on the AC30?

The AC30 allows you to select default configurations off of the keypad, PDQ/PDD, or DSELite. This will overwrite your existing project.

To find them using the Graphical Keypad (GKP):

(This menu will not be available on the Keypad with LinkNet firmware)

  1. Choose SETUP

  2. Choose Application

  3. Choose App Selection

    1. BASIC SPEED CONTROL

    2. AUTO/MANUAL CONTROL

    3. SPEED RAISE/LOWER

    4. SPEED PRESETS

    5. PROCESS PID

In PDQ / PDD:

  1. Select: New Project

  2. Select Firmware version (Templates for older firmware revisions can also be listed - check 'Show Older Firmware' box)

As an example for target Firmware 1.13:

  • Basic - First basic application for AC30

  • Default - Basic Speed Control, Raise/Lower, Preset speeds, Auto/Manual, and PID applications

  • Fan - Fan Application

  • Pump - Pump Application (Metric units)

  • Pump - Pump Application (US units)

  • Winder - Winder App

 

In DSE Lite:

  1. Select FILE \ NEW \ AC30

    1.  AC30V:

      1. AUTO

      2. DFLT

      3. PID

      4. PSET

      5. RL

  1. AC30P/D

    1. AUTO

    2. DFLT

    3. PID

    4. PSET

    5. RL

  • AUTO is the Auto / Manual Control Template

  • DFLT is the Basic Speed Control Template

  • PID is the PID Control Template

  • PSET is the Preset Speeds Control Template

  • RL is the Raise / Lower Trim Template
