BE Motors - IP Rating for the BE Motors

The BE motors are not designed for harsh environments. Their lamination design does not allow for a modification to an IP65 rating. They can handle some dust, but no water because the water would eventually work its way into the lamination stack. Some dust, but no water is an IP40 rating.
