Can Older Firmwares be Loaded onto an ACR2000?

Older ACR firmware versions.

 

 

Prior versions of ACR2000 firmware can be loaded on a ACR2000. When sending the ACR product back to the factory for repair, if you wish to maintain your current firmware, specify specific firmware to be downloaded after the repair. If firmware is not specified, the latest version of firmware will be downloaded on the repaired product.

When ordering the product, a specific firmware version may be ordered as a custom unless the hardware is no longer compatible.
