When using the ACR8010 controller card (only) in a Windows NT system, Service Pack 6 may cause plug and play problems. The use of Service Pack 4 is recommended.

NOTE: Windows NT with SP4 must be a clean install - roll back from SP6 to SP4 is not acceptable.
