The ACR90x0's do not currently support Ethernet/IP encoders.
The ACR90x0's currently support only CiA DSP-402 protocol. This is a protocol defined only for the drives and the controllers. All the encoders are defined by the CiA DSP-406 protocol. Ideally all the communication between the drives and the encoder is handled by the Managing Node.
