6K Software - Updating the COM6SRVR.EXE File

The com6srvr.exe file can be updated by deleting the old one and replacing it with a newer copy.

Search for the old file and be sure to delete it. It should be in the Windows/System directory. Copy the new com6srvr.exe file into its place. Double click on the file to execute it. The mouse will become an hourglass for a second; this indicates that the file is now registered and will run the next time it is required.

The latest copy of the com6srvr.exe file can be found on the latest Motion Planner CD or on our webiste under free software--Motion Planner.
