Downloading the OS to My GEM6K Locks Up

SYMPTOM:
Downloading the Gem6K Operating System to either a GV6K or GT6K locks up part way through.

SOLUTION:
Move the RS232 cable to the other comm port on the Gem6K. Downloading the OS only works on the "RS232" port, not the "RS232/RS485" port.

EXPLANATION:
The Gem6K controller/drives are Gemini drives with the controller board of the 6K included. The OS is the same OS as used in the 6K. Therefore, it needs to be downloaded to the 6K portion of the Gem6K, not the Gemini portion.
